Allerton Dessert Plates-set of 4

Allerton Dessert Plates-set of 4, yellow border with a white face showing a bouquet of multi colored flowers. Three of the plates have the same design and match the pedistal dessert server, the fourth plate has a different floral design, and also has a small brownish discoloration on the face from age. 9" diameter and edged in gold. There are no Allerton markings on these pieces, indicating that they were made in the mid 1800's, as 19th century pieces were seldom marked. Made in Longton by Allerton, Brough and Green between 1832 and 1858. The company was run by Charles Allerton from 1859-1942.
