Returns & Exchanges
Dalton Designs, Inc. proudly stands behind the quality items we offer our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item, we will gladly accept it provided we receive it within 30 calendar days of item shipment date and refund you for the original purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges according to our Return/Exchange Instructions. This 30-day Guarantee only applies to full price items.

Important: We cannot accept the return of any item with an indication that it has been used. Dalton Designs will not issue store credit or refunds for used items.

Error In Shipping
In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax and original shipping and wrapping costs - and take whatever corrective action suggested on your return form.  Please contact us within 48-hours of items received.

Special Orders, Special Items & Personalized Items
Special orders, special items or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Special items are identified on the product page of the website or by the Customer Service Representative when you place an order. These items are final sale only.

Important: Dalton Designs will not accept returns received outside of the conditions stated above. In the event of an exception to this policy, customer will be credited with a 'store credit' and a re-stocking fee up to 50% of the item value may apply.

Dalton Designs Shopping Store Credit
A store credit is redeemable online and via telephone at 561-622-6299. Store Credits are valid for 6-months from date of issuance.

How To Make A Return
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your full price selection, please return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for an exchange for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges), or credit..

Items on sale, special orders or personalized items cannot be returned.

Please note: Once your item is delivered, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund (less shipping, handling).

Dalton Designs Shopping will not accept any returns after 30 days.
